Step 1
Initial consultation with our expert goldsmith
In this first phase, you will get in touch with our team of experts, during which there will be an initial listening phase essential to give shape to your idea or that of the person you want to give it to.
Whether you want a piece of jewelry from scratch (or change one you already own), it is essential for us first to understand your needs and preferences to create the jewel that best represents your personality or that of the person to whom you want to give this exclusive accessory.
Step 2
Creation of the Design and sending of the graphic project
Once we have analyzed your idea and examined the best solutions for you, our team will proceed with the creation of the 3D rendering and the graphic sketch of the jewel.
You will receive an email within 7 working days with our proposal designed for you: from graphic design to 3D rendering so that you can assess first-hand whether the design meets the style and personality you requested.
Important: If the work done does not meet your requests, you can request a complete revision of the project.
Step 3
Confirmation of the draft and simulation of the physical jewel
Does the draft correspond to your initial idea? Well…now only “the physical proof” is missing.
At this stage you will receive at home the wax prototype of the jewel, so you can wear it, see if it is to your liking, if it reflects your expectations…
…and evaluate it in terms of comfort, closure, and grip.
Important: If you want to make changes, just request them and we will send you a new prototype.
Step 4
Jewel printing and delivery with 2 years warranty
To turn your idea into reality, one last point is missing:
Create the real jewel so you can wear it and start to show off your uniqueness.
Our team of goldsmiths will bring your creation to life and deliver it within 3 weeks.
